We do not board pets in our homes. We do provide daily visits for your pets or we can stay overnight as well. We will customize a schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Your pets will be much happier in their own home, completely stress free!
One of our pet sitters will spend the night in your home. They will even sleep with your pet if the pet wishes. They will spend at least 10 hours in your home between the hours of 8pm & 8am. They will return for a 30 minute midday vist and again for a 30 minute dinnertime visit.
We operate on time windows and will come at each window you request. Breakfast 8am – 10am Midday 11am – 2pm Afternoon 2pm – 4pm Dinner 4pm – 6pm Bedtime 8pm – 10pm
You can choose 30 minute visits, 45 minute visits, 60 minute visits and even overnight visits.
We tailor each visit to the pet’s individual requirements and needs. Our pet sitting visits include: Feeding per your instructions Fresh water Walks dogs if requested Love & play time Litter box scooped Medication administration, if needed Trash /recycle taken to curb and brought back in after pick up Mail and newspaper retrieved Plants watered (extra charges may apply for excessive watering) Lights/blinds rotated
We will be happy to mail your keys upon your request. There will be a $5 fee to mail the keys. If you need the keys to be dropped off, we can arrange that as well and a $15 trip charge will apply.
YES! Kelly’s Kritters employees are background checked prior to employment and all are covered under our insurance and bonding. Our vehicles do not have company insignia; therefore, people are not alerted to the fact that you are not home. All keys are labeled with a code, never your name or address. Our sitters are familiar with alarm systems and work them frequently.
Yes. We require 3 sets of keys that have been tested. If you have a keypad, we will still require at least one key in the event of power outages or malfunctions. We have had clients’ keypads malfunction but were still able to complete services because we had a backup key.
Yes, we have a service agreement. This is a signed agreement that you agree to let us into your home to care for your pets, and that you are aware of and agree to our policies and procedures. You will sign our service agreement at the meet & greet.
